Welcome to University Dining Services by Sodexho. We look forward to serving you and making this year fun and successful. If you have any questions or concerns about your dining services, contact us by calling (701) 483-2014, stop by our office in the lower level of the Student Center. Our office hours are, Monday thru Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 
  Resident Dining top
The Resident Dining Program offers a variety of options including monthly specialty meals, pace changes and a varied menu daily.

Lunch meals include featured entrees, deli sandwiches, salad bar, fresh homemade soup and a variety of desserts and beverages. Dinner meals include changing specialty food bars, featured entrees, salad bar, soup, desserts and beverages.

We will make every attempt to meet individual needs due to dietary restrictions or medical concerns.

If you have a class or work conflict, or if for any other legitimate reason you are unable to eat at meal times, stop by our office and we will make special arrangements for you so that you will not miss your meals.

If you are sick, the Resident Director at your resident hall can fill out a sick tray form. The person picking up the sick tray must have the form and your I.D. to take food out of the cafeteria.

We ask that you have your I.D. card at each meal. This is required every day at every meal.

Dining Hall hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday
    Breakfast                 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
   Continental               8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
    Lunch                    11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
    Dinner                     5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Weekends
    Brunch                   10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    Dinner                    4:30 p.m. -  5:30 p.m.

Option Plans
Our Option Plans are designed, specifically to meet the needs of commuter students, part-time students, Faculty, Staff and Administration. Join us in the Dining Hall for your "Plan" meal. Utilize the bonus DCB Money in the Snack Bar or Dining Hall.

Payment for the Optional Plans can be made at the Office of Business Affairs in May Hall, Room 107. The plan will be added to your I.D. card at the Dining Service Office upon presentation of your Office of Business Affairs receipt.

Lunch Plans for 2007-2008 Academic Year include:

Students living in campus residence halls (excluding those renting as students with families in North Campus Apartments) are required to participate in a campus board plan. Student living in the three traditional residence halls (Delong, Selke, or Woods) must choose from one of three options for a five-day per week or seven-day per week meal plan. Students living in the apartments (Main, Miller, Altringer, or North Campus) may also select a fourth meal plan option providing 65 meals per semester.

** Two meals, brunch and dinner will be served on Saturday and Sunday.

Snack Bar top
The Snack Bar is open to all faculty, staff and students for meals. We invite you to join us for a meal or just a snack. The Snack Bar offers a daily lunch menu and you can order off the grill. We offer soups, pastries, desserts and beverages. So come down and relax with a cup of coffee, read the morning newspaper or even watch television from a big screen TV. You can use your declining balance card (DCB) at the Snack Bar for purchases.

The Snack Bar Hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
