The Alumni/Foundation House at Dickinson State will allow
enhanced visibility of the University Foundation and Alumni Association;
greater accessibility for alumni and friends; and provide a state of
the art facility to accommodate office and entertainment needs. This
facility, located at 230 8 th Avenue West, is expected to be completed
in December 2004.

Architectural
Drawing
The Alumni/Foundation House will feature:
- More than 4,000 square feet with a breathtaking view of
Dickinson State’s main campus including King Pavilion
and May Hall.
- The Great Room/Lobby Area will serve as a place for alumni
and friends to gather, reconnect, reminisce, and rediscover
memorabilia from their University days. This area offers a
Prairie Style décor, an inviting fireplace area, and
room for socials and receptions.
- The Conference Room will host many university, community
and regional meetings enhanced by state-of-the art technology
for audio/video presentations.
- The Phonathon Technology Center will house the computerized
solution for Foundation Annual Fund solicitation and will be
available for other non-profit groups within the community
to utilize for their fund raising needs.
- The Gardens will host outdoor socials and gatherings in
a beautifully landscaped terrace area.
- The Director, Coordinator of Annual Giving, and Administrative
Offices, as well as the Workroom Area, will serve as the heart
of the daily operations of the Alumni and Development staff
as they support the alumni and friends of Dickinson State University.
The Foundation requests your serious consideration to assist
with this funding opportunity, as it will provide a lasting
impact for all who visit the campus—potential and current
students, alumni, friends, and dignitaries. The Alumni/Foundation
House will serve as a home for the Alumni Association and
Dickinson State University Foundation offices, as well as
a place for thousands of alumni to reconnect with the University.
